If the non adjusting event is immaterial do we have to have a disclosure
Wht will be the auditors opinionIf the adjusting event is immaterial and we don’t have made any adjustments what will be the impact on auditors report

No one is interested in matters that are immaterial – not the primary users (shareholders) – not management/TCWG – not the auditor (!)
