Submission Technical Glitch Period 45

Hello! Iam very confused i have done my submission of OBU Rap without uploading files due to a technical glitch and it took me direct to payment page on 8th of May before submission. i then emailed Acca brookes email given on their website and got a reply from them that thanks for attaching the files in the email we will ” TRY “to correct it for u. The confusion is i havent paid yet and i have send them an email that should i pay or not but not getting any response from them since 4-5 days. What should i do in this situation? will my submission be accepted as it was my last (3rd attempt) What should i do please guide 🙁
