I have just started my ACCA Study again & will appear in F4, in coming Jun.12 exams. is it enough time to prepare for F4 because i am also doing job. need some tips to Pass this Exams(F4-English)

Yes enough time.
Split syllabus into parts, then do questions after each part.
Upon completing all parts, covers questions again, with passcards to refer to.
Sleep well.
Have enough sugar.
More question practice.

That seems reasonable advice to me! You need to remember that you are not the first student who has had to study whilst at the same time being gainfully employed!
