Most unlikely that you’ll need any greater appreciation of the law established by cases than is already explained in the lectures and notes

Enough reading! Get that revision kit opened and start answering exam standard questions

    OK?

And what about the case laws table on the website that has three columns with case names together with columns to write principles and area of law. So should I not print it and start filling it as a way to remember principles.

Another thing is that there are examinable documents available for corporate and business law paper which lists various acts but it still seems unclear which specific knowledge of these acts are required even after reading the study guide. So should I go through reading these acts section by section . Plus I can’t find the updated version of these acts.

Don’t worry about the Acts – the necessary elements are covered in lectures and / or notes

Don’t worry about the case law pages in the notes – you must be using an old version of the notes

I’ve already said it twice on this thread – now is the time to get heavily stuck into a revision kit

And it doesn’t matter how many times you ask me. – my advice to you at this stage is … revision kit, revision kit, revision kit

    OK?
