sir i am gonna sit in for 4 papers this attempt please guide me how to prepare f7 what amount of effort should i put in please guide me

Very simply, as much time as you can afford. I would work through the course notes in conjunction with the videos and then work through the mini-exercises at the back of the notes. Once you're on top of that lot, get stuck into past exam questions from a reputable revision kit or download from the ACCA website
