I have trouble understanding the sentences in P3 note about strategic clock.
"(2) The low price option is at a slightly higher price but also providing a slightly better service, you have the low price option. Again, it is primarily sold on price but has not pared down the service benefits as low as option one."
I am really confused about the whole meaning. Can you please explain it in details? Especially from the initial sentence , why "The low price option is at a slightly higher price...."

Cut price: very low price; very low service
Low price: low price low service.
