cost of the car-$12000, depreciation for 2 yrs is $6000 hence p.a. is $3000.
Petrol n oil-15 cents, tire cost $300 per set to be replaced after 30,000 miles.
Routine and maintainance cost-$200 in first year and $450 in the second year.
Average repairs are $200 over 2 years and varies as per the milege
Car travels 25000 miles p.a. Tax insurance, license-$400p.a.
Required- calculate average cost per annum if the car travels 10,000 miles and if the car travels 30,000 miles.please help me solve this sum as soon as possible.
