Hello Tutor i hope you are doing well. My question relates to Squarize Co (June 2013).
I had few questions related to this question.1) Although i have watched video of Sir John on YouTube about B/Scorecard. But I’m a bit confused in Customer Perspective and Internal Perspective.
Because at first i thought improving broadband service and call centre would be a Customer Perspective objective
2) Isn’t Employee Satisfaction an internal matter of the organisation and therefore should fall in internal perspective rather than Learning and Growth Perspective.

The idea is that if the employees who work hard trying to improve their training, this will improve the likelihood of customer receiving a better service. Thus, a better image would appear of the company leading to more customer growth.
This could be customer, if you were to explain it as the number of new clients you get from doing this , or it could looking at image and growth so learning as above…… It depends on how you justify it.
Other reasonable suggestions will be accepted. This isn’t a question that has to be this or that…… with the exception of Financial which tends to be only financial.
