Hi Dear Tutor, my preparation over FM is very good and I almost solving all questions but also strenghtening my weak points
Why in this question, i ignore depreciation in calculating NPV?because the question says ignore tax?

If we calculate depreciation we also calculate tax benefits on depreciation and tax rate has not been given in the question therefore we ignore depreciation in the NPV. SO i think i found it by my own
I do not know which question you are referring to because question 4 of the December 2014 exam does not say to ignore tax, and there is tax and tax allowable depreciation.
