Sir could we treat Specific FCs (attributable to a division) as VCs for calculation purposes in make vs. buy decisions etc.

5y ago#1No, you cannot treat them as being variable!!
If they are specific to the product being considered then specific fixed costs will be saved if we make instead of buy.
