This entire question went above my mind. Please help.

A code of ethics to to pro ide guidance and rules for staff about ethical issues. That's why A is right. B This is the law, not ethics. Ethical coded are usually stricter than legal requirements. C Not really ethics....customers might be complaining about value for money etc. D This can be a starting point for a code of ethics, but each company must decide on its own.
