Sir do we need to know the details of the ways to establish software requirements such as interviews, questionnaires etc?
I think knowing that you can use interviews and questionnaires is enough. Advantages and disadvantages of the methods are not needed in my opinion.

And what abt the importance of assessing software packages against 10 high level requirements. I.e. functional, non-functional, technical etc? Are they important, sir?
