How to identify what points should be included in the slides(not speaker notes)
Think of headings/sub-headings in an essay or study text. So, if you were writing an essay on environmental influences on strategic planning, your sub-headings and the slide would be something like:
Political
Economic
Social
Technological
Environmental
Legal
If you were writing something on managing risk you might have, as one of the slides.
Slides should not be overcrowded with information otherwise the audience will spend their time reading rather than listening.
The associated speaker notes would expand on these headings.
Transfer
Avoidance
Reduction
Acceptance
