Hi,
I am sitting SBR in Dec 18 but I have no recollection of my F7 material as I studied it back in 2012.
What would you advise I do in this situation?
Will only studying the SBR material on here + A Kaplan revision pack help me do the job?

Yes, you'll be fine. You just need to work through the SBR class notes as it recaps all of what has been covered in FR (old F7).
