Sir in question 3 of Dec 2012 paper.
In share for share exchange, could you please explain why do we calculate the share price post acquisition for Sigra? Shouldn’t the share exchange be between the current market value of shares plus the synergy?

Dentro will receive shares in Sigma and they will be worth whatever the post-acquisition share price of Sigma is.
