MS Word file may get disturbed in viewing if some key pad accidentally pressed by any one. Is it ok to make it read only before sending.
ThanksNovember 7, 2013 at 5:18 pm #144870Hi,
Mark it as “Final”. Click on the Office Button in MS Word, then “Prepare”, and then “Mark as Final”. If you press the keypad accidentally, it wont make any changes. If you do want to make changes later, then just unmark it.
Hope this helps.
November 7, 2013 at 6:25 pm #144877Thanks dear, you sound like expert in ms word, can you please guide me further because you are aware of hidden things inside ms word.
I started my rap in march 2013 as I intended to submit it in period 26, but due to some reason I was unable to complete it in that period. I have completed same document now for period 27, marker can go into prepare>properties>advance properties and find out that this doc was created in March 2013. Could this fact harm me in any way?
Thanks dear for you time.November 7, 2013 at 6:29 pm #144878One more thing bro, when ever I open ms word file it opens in “final showing markup” mode. Is it due to the fact that I have written some comments inside. Is there any way to set in the way the it opens in final mode. (I have word 2007)
ThanksNovember 7, 2013 at 7:06 pm #144882Hey bro
In the conclusion do i give commendations about the main company only or also of the competitor co.?
And in the sls can i use the terms “I” ,me etc? That is in first person?November 7, 2013 at 7:46 pm #144889With regard to your first post, I really think that is a non-issue. Many students take a bit of time in getting done with the project, which could span over one period. They are more concerned with whether the information inside is up to date. Btw, next to created, there is a modified date as well 🙂 so maybe it was created in March, but it is being modified in November. So no worries. If it still worries you, you can simply copy all the content on a new document. New created date, problem solved:)
With regard to your second post….out of curiousity…are you talking about the comments inserted while tracking changes? In that case, you have to accept or reject the changes, and then save the file. Shouldnt be a problem after that. Let me know if it still troubles you though.
No problem, happy to help 🙂
November 7, 2013 at 7:51 pm #144890Hi, I really think you should establish a new topic instead of posting in the topics of others. That way others can benefit as well if they are wondering about the same things.
Your recommendations should only be about the company your project is based on. Competitors are there for comparison, not for analysis.
Yes actually, it must all be in first person. I think the term OBU uses is “self-reflection” ….so yeah, its all “I”s and “Me”s.
Best of luck!
