Should All projects hav a financial element in them??

like the topic says...is it necessary to include the financial statments for all the topics...i mean for topic related to technological improvements or employee motivations...i dont think u need to use financial statement....can someone please advice The reason iam asking this is because the company i want to do my project on does not want to present the financial statments they hav a strict policy on such thinks....so i want to know if i can do my project on motivation factors and leave the financial statments out.... thankz in advance
