Share capital
"example let say we declare 35cents per dividend" - that's not how dividends are described. It may be declared as "35 cents per share" and in the situation where we have $500,000 shares of $2 each, that gives us 250,000 shares and at 35 cents per share that would give a total dividend of $87,500
OK?

There has to be some humour in this route to qualification!
