Shamrock Organization

To all intents and purposes it is a hol?ow organisation. I think the term used to be mentioned in the syllabus but isn't now. The three leaves of the shamrock represent: 1 A permanent core of employees. 2 Temporary staff 3 Bought-in/subcontracted services.
