Disaster on the project question in task 2. Forgot definition of Corporate citizen but tried to answer with relevancy and general definition of Corporate citizenship.

Just need 50 🙏🏻🙏🏻

It felt OK but It is hard to even guess if I made it. Fingers crossed to all!!

Think this module is the hardest to judge as you can't be sure how it will be marked as can be a bit subjective.

Would be interested to know if anyone on here had the Hotel investment question and whether they decided to recommend or reject. Felt like the second part of the question was leading youo accept but I chose to reject the proposal in its current form.

Not sure about how to answer the critical success factors. Lost the entire 16 marks I reckon

Yeah very much implied accept but I was almost done with it and THATS when I decided to do a quick NPV (I assumed some COCs). I was too deep in to the text to have to rewrite so had to justify elsewhere like not losing too much ground on rivals plus what I can only describe as waffle

In all it was okay. Full of subjectivity. More explanation to justify what you've written

Instead of writing advantage and disadvantage I used SFA model, I think I did wrong, but SFA can give straight forward answer than just listing adv and disadv right?

I did not get a hotel investment question, instead I got a virtual reality ride investment asking us to use the SAF model. I also got the corporate citizen and project plan questions, I got a bit stuck of the corporate citizen one. Also had a question on the some safety incidents and assess the operational directors comments “appropriateness” and a recommendation.

What was the project plan question about?

Something along the lines of what is included in a project plan and what will the constraints be (for building the VR ride) I could be mistaken on the wording, it’s hard to remember now

I accepted the proposal too.. afterall the hotel can attract foreign visitors with their premium brand which can in turn help in attracting more visitors for HW too

It was whats included in the project plan within the constraints of scope time and cost

I rejected as revenue increase in the industry was expected to increase 10% while they were proposing 4 % Plus investment in your own land and not getting a penny of revenue

Did you use SFA model or just wrote adv and disadv ?

The exam was fair but time management was a problem. Can anyone help with the allocation of marks for question 1 & 2

This is my 2nd attempt, compare with the 1st attempt which I was super nervious and my brain was frozen, it was better than last time without very nervous but I read the requirements and exhibits too slow, and not sure those questions I have done could get the passing marks, probably fail again.

Just the benefits and drawbacks.. then gave the recommendation

It was hard. Wrote general points in Corporate citizenship topic because the exhibit was lengthy. It was hard to pick relevant points from the exhibit.

Can some one try to help me what was topic in first task
