Interesting exam, vfm at the university, rewards plus calculation of controllable and not controllable variations, transfer pricing in overseas country and the final one bsc compared with performance pyramid plus evaluation

My exam was on 1) CSF, KPIs, Mission, EVA, Information System 2) government police - impact of ZBB, something else 3) Fitzgerald moon blocks + remuneration Does anyone remember what they put down?

My exam was on the same points - found the EVA calc hard but hopefully picked up some marks for workings. Used operating profit and deducted tax charge along with adding back advertising and provisions. The police force was on KPIs after ZB and if they are relevant or not. Found that one ok’ish How did you find the exam?

Yeah agreed, Eva calc was hard, I wasn’t too sure about what to add back… so I went down the route of explaining what Eva is, pros and cons What did you put for the others, question 1 csf and kpis

what is EVA ??

I had the VFM, rewards , balance score card and trasfer pricing, I would say it was not too difficult but unfortunately run out of time and the last one on transfer pricing that I knew the most had to rush and write in 5 mins so not sure if I had done enough

I had the same paper, ran a bit over time at the end, saved the bonus 12 marker to the end as it was information overload. Spent 15 mins on it which was massively rushed so I was panicking and just writing anything that could come to mind. Did the TP question first as I didn't want to rush it as I felt stronger on it. Just hoping the examiners are kind on this paper

@poojanagaonkar Economic Value added (EVA)

Under the VFM question I had a question related to change in behavioral aspects of teachers due to implementation of new policy, did any one get this? The other question was on ZBB and the last one on BSC I was pretty confused with the first one

@ayr17 no m asking what is the answer for EVA ... Did you find any difficulty in that

What was the requirement for zbb ...I got transfer pricing instead

Touched a bit of everything but got to the calculation part of EVA and got stuck. 14 marks gone with the wind. I fear its 50-50 for me.

Was supposed to write on Sept 10 (technical issues on Sept 5) but the ACCA system crashed, a couple of us could not write. Anyone who wrote on Sept 10 care to tell us how it was?
