Hi all. Hope it went well! I found the paper rather tricky.
Q1: Was about Kaizen and ZBB. To be honest, I did write points in regards to ZBB, but I didnt specify on the product cycle part clearly. :( I also couldnt complete the 6 mark part of Kaizen and ZBB
Q2: this was tricky! but if concentrated well, it could be done! Due to this, I spent alot of time and had to rush into Q3.
Q3: I found this to be easy! But i am sad that I didnt have much time to elaborate much further.
Wasn't expecting MIRR in APM but overall seemed OK.
I found it tricky as well
Had the question with MIRR gave that a tactical swerve and just filled out the NPV table.
Felt like the exam wasn't bad other than the VBM question, I don't know whether I've done enough.
Last exam just want it out the way now!
@aysha I had similar Questions
1. Kaizen costing Incremental budget
Zero based budgeting
2. ABC calculations and ABM
3. Benchmark and financial performance indicators
Anyone who had different Questions?
The exam was okay-ish until I got to question 3 ABC and ABM with only 30 minutes left. Tbh I just wrote about ABM and couldn't even get to the calculation part :(
I don't even know if I mixed up part A's answer with B?!! Do they still give marks for switching the answers around?
Also, how many marks was for calcs?
i messed up greately...cant even think about it
It was worth it. There was a saving on the cost I think.
I got a question about service business characteristics, but I don't know what is S.H.I.P.?
does anyone know? Thank you very much.
