50% first time pass, feel like I did okay on this paper so happy to get the pass but also felt like my mark would have been a little more comfortable. Still, a pass is a pass! Onto the next and FINAL ACCA exam for me. Well done to everyone else who passed, if you weren't so blessed tonight, keep going we've all got this!

What advise can you give to pass this paper?

I did not pass, second attempt, 48 fail mark, the first one was 45. I should practice more writing in english probably as its my second language. Congrats to all who passed and to those who did not - the pass score awaits us :)

I passed on my second attempt with 66%. I still can't believe it. Thank you Opentuition!

I felt good after leaving exam session in September and it turns out I was right - passed with 58. I made my own notes in excel from BPP manual and that helped, really studied the calculations carefully as I found practice kit vs manual a bit misleading, especially on hedging, and felt it was not written too clearly. It was my last exam so the journey is over. Good luck to everybody with your future exams. P.S. Does anyone know how soon can I expect to receive a message from ACCA about being a member and completion of my qualification? The website is still blocked.

Kosynwuba I would "disect" manual vs practice question carefully, make your own notes in excel on the way calculations need to be made. It will make you calm about your knowledge as its easy to assume that calculations shown in the book are straightforward, but there are many details when you investigate it carefully. Proof read it many times to make sure your notes are 100% the way you're supposed to use the formulas. I would also make logical notes on all formulas and what they're used for - for example the many uses of black and scholes model. I personally didn't practice much but went through each question to analyse it vs the manual and examples in the book. I would say theory helps here a lot, don't ignore things like pros and cons of different treasury management systems for example as it comes up often in the afm exam. Hope it helps.
