37% without completing the course and doing next to no revision. Very confident for the resit
October 18, 2021 at 1:46 pm #638290I have passed, scoring 54% below my expectation. I expected to get more but the necessary thing is to pass. I highly thank Open tuition for the lectures notes that prepared me and helped me to pass. I used lectures notes and practice questions together with revision kits front BPP
October 18, 2021 at 6:09 pm #638338Again stucked in third attempt F5..
Need suggestion/tips for passing next time.
TIAOctober 18, 2021 at 6:37 pm #638343I can give you some tips if you need any help ,i passed it in just 15 days , pm is tricky but not that hard because syllabus is not as huge as other papers , due to its tricky nature its passing percentage for september 2021 was only 37% as always low compared to other applied skills papers.
October 18, 2021 at 6:38 pm #638344Hi pryanka i would be glad to help you in PM & give you some tips , its a tricky paper with low passing rates but trust me it is not a hard paper because syllabus is not as huge as other papers in applied skills
October 18, 2021 at 10:35 pm #6383744th time lucky? I’m so over the Moon. I got 49 twice so I know your pain but please don’t give up you can do it. This time I’ve tried BPP revision kit which is so much different than Kaplan. The questions are more tricky but paid off finally. Good luck to everyone. Believe in yourself?

October 19, 2021 at 5:44 am #638397Failed PM with 46 on my second attempt.
Last time I got 49.
I am confident of doing well and passing in December’2021 exam.
I have PM only paper left in skill level.
Congrats to all those who passed.
For all those who did not make it, I hope you will surely make it next time.October 19, 2021 at 6:39 am #638404@Ambuj11 bro don’t give up the hope , next time you will pass with good marks , don’t fall into the trap of changing kits & don’t listen to the people who fail , one kit from either bpp or kaplan is enough for passing the paper , you don’t need both of them just to pass the paper. Just practice one kit only with good understanding & do the kit twice .
October 19, 2021 at 12:35 pm #638470pass. 1st time attempt. i am so happy and relieved. many thanks
October 19, 2021 at 5:22 pm #638534Hi, quick question…did you use only material offered by open tuition or you used other resources as well? I already passed my PM exam in September, however I was receiving lessons from a local tuition provider. Now because of work, I have to be out of town most of the time so if I want to write in December I’ll have to self study because my tuition provider does not offer online lessons. I’m just wondering if the lecture notes, videos, quizzes, revision lectures and OT practice materials offered by Open tuition will be enough……
October 19, 2021 at 8:07 pm #63854159 on my first attempt and the first exam I’ve actually felt prepared for – don’t get me wrong, there were still things I really wasn’t 100% on. For example decision trees which only then came up *facepalm* my biggest win was section C because I had exactly what I had hoped and practiced for. One big company performance review (tonnes of formulas and deductions) and then variances. I had had very similar practice questions on my Kaplan online resources (there are too many questions in the exam kit so I’m sure it has them in there too but I didn’t use it very much), and on the ACCA practice platform from past exams. I loved having OT lectures playing as I worked from home, especially as the way John worked certain aspects made sense to me more than some I had been taught. However, Kaplan are awesome and things like variances they had a much easier method for me to follow.
October 19, 2021 at 8:14 pm #638543OH!!!!! And the ACCA online seminars, which you can watch if you can’t make it live, were brilliant on what approach to take and key areas to tackle. Great guest speakers! My tutor on Kaplan set us ACCA Examiner articles so we could read how they expect us to approach the different subjects too. Highly recommend a multi-approach if like me you don’t pick up everything in one way. Videos, quizzes, books, websites, each helped give me a well rounded learning experience. Only Kaplan and the ACCA membership required payment.
October 20, 2021 at 12:08 am #638554Could you please share your tips?
Thanks
