Failed with 49 so disappointed?

Failed 48%. Last paper.

46 I don't get it.

Passed at 50% 2nd attempt. I actually thought i did better around the 60-65 % mark but just scrapped by at 50. It was a tough paper!

Passed with 53% this was my last paper. It was a long journey and I’m so happy to now be qualified!!!

Passed with 68% first time. Honestly thought I would score higher but nonetheless glad I’m done and affiliate now. Definitely the toughest of the professional exams I’ve attempted, the other option paper being AFM.

Finally passed APM with 58%. This was my 3rd attempt and somehow managed to get by. This past year has been super stressful because of this option paper, haha!

I failed 37%. This is the first subject i fail with too low score. Please advise me for Dec.21 exam

Couldnt sleep well last night waiting for the result. Passed both SBR 66% and APM 62% at 1st attempt. Honestly I consider it an achievement with these two last papers. All my heart & head went for APM but marks are under expectation; however total relief now. ACCA has given me so wonderful feelings, not for the marks or the certificate but this moment which I never forget. Congrats to the ones passed and gluck for the ones not yet. Like most of you, I treasure and appreciate the feelings ACCA has been given to us.

Hi, I am not so good at APM (even APM is my favorite paper) but my experience is along with lecture notes, read technical articles as much as you can. If you do not have much time to practise all past exams, going thru them, reading questions & answers as much as possible can help.

Congrats!!! Could you please share your experience with this paper? I failed 2 times and I'm going to attempt 3rd in Dec21. Really very stressful with this paper :(

First attempt..failed 45% didn’t find exam too difficult..this is my last paper and was hoping for a pass..have to pick myself up and do it again in Dec

Passed 52% 2nd attempt, 1st failed 49%, this time I did more past papers. Two more to go! :)

Passed 2nd time with 52%! Got 42% first time round cause I had to skip a part of a question so I was really glad to answer all this time. One more to go in Dec, which I think will be AFM :) Big thanks to Open Tuition as usual, just read through all the lecture/notes and most importantly just go through all the past exam papers they are honestly a big help!

Passed 1st time with 57. This was by far the toughest one out of all the papers I've done. 1 more left for December... ?

SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!! Passed with 55% on 4th attempt. Those who failed take heart and do not give up! I remember reading comments of people who passed, just like you and I have made it. If I can do it then you can do it! Attempting Sec 2 first really helped me in this exam! Those resitting kindly go with Sec 2 first.

Passed with 54% first time using open tuition, I usually use acowtancy but think OT is great. Exam is very time pressured!!

Congrats! That is a really solid mark in APM, not many people get above 65%. Can I please get in touch with you about your study methods? I got 48% and i thought i did enough to pass :(

Passed with 65% first attempt and my final exam ? thank you so much to open tuition managed to pass all my professional level exams first time with 65 being the lowest score! The material is a life saver

Thank you That is how i pass go through all the notes and lectures and I buy Kaplan or BPP exam kit with all past papers.

APM-1st attempt -43% I am so shocked about the result. I was expecting a pass. My exam went really well. I am not sad rather M not getting what actually went wrong. I am so sure I did not have any problem with my techniques Because all my previous papers were done at first attempts and self-study. If there was a problem with techniques I would have failed way before. I answered 99% ( I hardly know anyone who failed any exam after answering 95% ). I compleated the whole syllabus along with many past papers and technical articles and question debriefs. And I find the question itself was not that hard. I m just writing all this to know what might have happened with the paper or else I can rectify the problem. Can anyone please suggest anything and can come up with any justification about it.?

Passed with 57%, second attempt, 2 exams to go (AFM, SBR). First attempt was with 48%. I recommend to do as many mocks as possible, ideally 5-10, and read all of the suggested answers and compare them with your answers in detail. Make sure you exercise at least one question per syllabus area and go through the model answer. During the first attempt, I concentrated on the models and theory hoping I could freestyle similarly as in SBL. Not yet sure why I lost the first attempt, because after the second I felt more miserable, the only thing I changed were the mocks and model answer analyses.

APM , First attempt and failed by 43% . I am so shocked with the result . I was expecting a pass. It is not like I have technical problems . because in the past I passed all my previos papers by self study and with first attempt. If there was any problem regarding my tecniques i would have failed way before. What could be possible reasons can anyone tell me please? I answered 99% in the exam . Aftrer answering 99 or 100% it is very unlikely to fail . I hardly seen anyone failed who actually answered over 95% . Absolutely surprised by this result . I covered the whole syllabus along with many past papers and technical articles.

I have failed in my 2nd attempt with exactly the same marginal pass of 49% (although great time pressure, I have managed to answer all questions!) and I am puzzled on what to focus on in my preparations in order to pass.

Passed 66% second attempt, really happy. Last exam so applied for membership. :) Last time got 47% and decided to use a revision tutor (from fmelearnonline) to increase my chances. Anyone who failed, try to do something different, I did typing practice and got the tutor to give me marked papers.
