Afternoon,
I’m about to start my study of the F4 (English Variant) paper which I am currently just using the OpenTuition material with the lecture notes but I am struggling to understand what I actually need to know for the CBE from the online material.
Just whether to see what’s the best approach of self study for this paper. I have also got Kaplan ACCA F4 (Eng) Complete Text for;
September 2015 to June 2016 sitting
September 2014 to August 2015 sittingWould I require to purchase the most up to date complete textbook from Kaplan or am I able to pass with just using OpenTuition’s complete text?

The changes in syllabus will be minor so the 15/16 book should be sufficient. This website has a lot of videos and other materials that will be more than enough for this module, I self studied this module too.
However, I would recommend you buy an exam kit from bpp or Kaplan as the format of the exam may have changes and the practice of multi choice will be important to pass this exam.
You need to know the ideas behind the cases but don’t need to know the names or titles of the cases, the best approach would be to get as much practice as possible from an exam kit. - AuthorPosts
