Good day sir,
I am planning to write F5, F7, F8 and F9 papers in June 16, If do a self study without registering with any of the service providers what are my chance of passing these papers?
I will be using OpenTuition notes, lectures, videos and all recommended materials to study.

Our lectures are exactly the same as you would get if you attended a face-to-face course :-)
