Sir May i ask could u briefly explain on the securitization? what the criteria for classify into different tranches?

See my previous reply here: https://opentuition.com/topic/ennea-june-2012-asset-securitisation-and-tranches/ There is no criteria for classifying into different tranches. The company does whatever it wants in order to raise the money required. Any exam question will have to explain the tranches.
