    Good Afternoon All.

I am looking to sit the march 2019 f6 exam and looking for some tips and help please.

I know I may have left it little too late to start but I have got the time and dedication so I will give it 110% to it.

Due to having to self study at home without attending classes and webinars etc, and having looked at the study book from Kaplan it’s rather big. Thus I would be very grateful if anyone could direct me in the way to which chapters/sections to focus on specifically for the exam? I am not asking for the questions however if I can pinpoint the chapters and subjects likely to appear in the exam it would be a huge help and improve the effectiveness of my study.

    Thanks in advance

    Regards

There is no short cut to passing this exam but the study manuals produced by the ACCA approved material providers are indeed very forbidding!
Your approach therefore should be to work conscientiously through the OT study notes and lectures with the practice examples and questions and reference to the ACCA technical articles.
It is then essential to purchase a revision / exam kit from one of the approved providers and work through the relevant sections on completion of your study work thereon.
You will discover that the OT material is a fraction of the size of the study manuals but if you understand and can apply these notes you will be able to pass this exam!
