    Dear Sir,

I already post this question yesterday, but I do not know why it is deleted today ?

I post it again, please kindly help me to answer.

In section C, if it require to show performance indicator in word, not in excel, must I show full calculation, ei : revenue increase : 100/90-1=11%

If there are many performance indicators in 3 years, should I draw columns to state the answer?

    Thank you.

It is best to type out the workings (so you can still get some marks even if you make a mistake).

There is no need to draw columns. Just type the answers out neatly and clearly.

    It depends on the formula.

All I can suggest is that you look at the specimen computer based exams on the ACCA website (and the answers).
