Can you use your answer booklet for workings for the multiple choice for section b and if so how do you reference it so it is clear that it does not need to be marked.

    Thanks,
    Samir

Yes you can use the answer booklet. Just write at the top of each page “Working for MCQ’s” and so the marker will not be confused.

    Thank you John.
One more question, for NPV question can you round all workings to 000’s especially if the project is in millions. I have seen that been done in exam answers and I was worried if it will be marked wrong otherwise.

    Thanks.

Unless the question specifies differently, then yes – do work to the nearest thousand 🙂

In my practice I have always rounded and many times the textbook (bpp) will not and will com up with slightly different answers.

Will this will not be penalized in the exam?

No – you are not penalised for roundings.

(And in Section C the marks are not for the final answer anyway – they are for the workings)
