FMScrap value if exempt from tax ( in calculating NPV of projects)

On practicing exercises in revision kit, I realize that the tax effect on scrap value is ignored when predicting the net cash flow operating?

I wonder it is a kind of taxable revenue, so it should be taxed and the effect must be considered in cash flows.

Plz explain me the reasons.
