ok will explain u in a easy way which will b glued inside ur brain frever :P...schein explained 3 levels of culture
1.ARTIFACTS---the topmost,wat we see(dress up,behaviour etc),
2.ESPOUSED VALUES--- deeper level,contains goals,strategies and philosophies
3.UNDERLYING ASSUMPTIONS/BASIC ASSUMPTIONS AND VALUES---- most findamental level,can not be seen
