I can’t understand Schein – three levels of culture. Anyone can help me to get this topics clear ?
ok will explain u in a easy way which will b glued inside ur brain frever :P…schein explained 3 levels of culture
1.ARTIFACTS—the topmost,wat we see(dress up,behaviour etc),
2.ESPOUSED VALUES— deeper level,contains goals,strategies and philosophies
3.UNDERLYING ASSUMPTIONS/BASIC ASSUMPTIONS AND VALUES—- most findamental level,can not be seen
