SBL marking

Hi Ken, I’m quite confused about how marks are given for each point. I read somewhere that a developed point with impact gets 2 marks and simply identifying the issue gives 1 mark but I don’t fully get what that means. Does just writing a basic logical point without any further development still give 1 mark? Thank you,
