SBL first hour to do

May I ask that is it the best way to read and plan all the exhibits and task requirements within the first hour? (Including copy and paste the useful information to particular tasks)

Or read the one to many exhibits tasks first within the first hour, then to read the specific exhibits when you draft the answer in the later three hours?

I realized that it could be hard to do if reading everything and copying and pasting useful information to the particular tasks within the first hour…(include reading task requirements, task background, one to many exhibits and specific exhibits).

Could anyone share what is your best order within first one hour please?
