SBLSBL Exam - Topics

Hi All - i am looking at the SBL notes on here, and i can see from the contents page, there is a topic called 'FINANCE, DECISION-MAKING AND CONTROL'. I cannot seem to match this back with my kaplan study text - does anyone know if this is in our syllabus please? Thanks,
