I failed SBL with a 46 and I am planning to sit both SBL and SBR in March 2022. Is it possible to do so while working?

If you haven’t started studying SBR, or haven’t studied much, then I don’t think your plan is feasible. There’s a lot of very detailed knowledge in SBR.
I would strongly advise concentrating on SBL, particularly lots of question practice, for the March sitting.
