2. What is the proper accounting entry for Sales and leaseback that is Actual Sales done at Sakes Proceeds greater than its FV? Can u give me example.

1. You need to look at whether the transfer is a performance obligation under IFRS 15.
2. This is covered in the class notes at the end of chapter 19.
