SAF model

You can use SAF for all strategy evaluation. Suitability: is usually think this is to do with PESTEL and SWOT. Eg is the economic situation good enough for expansion. Is there an opportunity for expanison? Do we have a reputation for quality that would allow us to increase prices if that was our planned strategy? Acceptability: is the strategy acceptable to our stakeholders - or at least acceptable to the key players? Feasibility: Do we have the resources needed to follow our plans eg enough money? This can overlap somewhat with suitability.
