I regret that once more I'm not going to be of much use to you as I have no knowledge of Russian Tax or the providers of any courses / material leading to those courses. Have you checked the ACCA website and also the local ACCA Russian office (assuming that one exists?). You could also try our student forums to check whether any fellow ACCA students in Russia have any knowledge that they could pass on to you about possible training providers.
