Sir in Inv appraisal Qs, e.g sales, Wc, tax , NPV are coming in decimal and we do not round off any of these figs and rather take it as it as without rounding off any fig then will examiner deduct marks for it?

No, makes will not be deducted (unless the question specifically asks for an answer to be given (for example) to the nearest $thousand.
