sir in case of rolling budget its always 1 year forward looking?

Is it revised every quarter? and then 1 quarter added to the already existing 3 quarters?

    Something like that??

Yes – it is always 1 year forward.

There is no rule as to how often it is prepared. It could be every quarter in the way you have written, or it could be every month – revising the already existing 11 months and adding 1 month.

I do explain this in full in my free lectures.
