if suppose person is involved in monitoring working capital usage and foreign currency movment as well researching and selecting advantegous source of project finance then is he considered as financial accountant or financial accounting and responding ???
He just sounds like the accountant who does everything and his title is of no consequence to him or the organisation.
Not all organisations neatly arrange their staff into management accounting/financial accounting/treasury/credit control etc.
