why is disposal of manufacturing plant not included in the cash flows?

2y ago#1The new project requires an investment of $120M and it is therefore a question as to whether it is worth investing 120M or not. The only relevance of the source of the finance is as regards the tax saving on any interest resulting and any subsidies.
