Any of the ACCA approved publishers are good (BPP, Becker, and Kaplan).
If you use the link on this page then you can get a discount on the BPP Revision Kits, but all of them are good.

Respected Sir, I have received BPP book for F3 but it is for exams February 2013 to January 2014. Sir, I would like to know whether it is reliable.
