How can the examiner tests us through revenue questions, can come in MCQs as well in section b. What could be the highest marks for a revenue question, I find it very difficult to answer such questions…
I suppose technically he could ask a complete 30 marker on it
The very (extremely) high probability is that he wont’t
It COULD be a 15 marker, but personally I doubt it
So you’re looking at maybe a 5 mark part of either a 15 or a 30 marker
More likely, one (possibly 2) 2 mark mcqs
So suppose for a 30m there should construction contracts also included ryt?
