General ACCAResignation from ACCA Student Register

hello, I wonder, what happens after resignation from ACCA Student Register? Does your gained certificates/diplomas (ethics certificate, diploma in accounting and business) or OBu degree become void? Or they remain in effect and you can use them? Please help, who has experience in this issue.
