    Hi,
apart from the mandatory to, from, etc. in the report, do we have to label the introduction as in all answers i have read? I know the different sections should be labeled, but the intro as well and the conclusion not?

Well, if all the answers show a labelled introduction it would seem to be a heavy hint that you should too. Only about a sentence is needed – the most important content will be in the later paragraphs.

At the end, the final paragraph depends on what you are asked for. If you a\re asked to recommend a course of action then the final para would be ‘Recommendation’ If you are asked to assess, for example, the success of a company, the final paragraph would probably say ‘Conclusion’.
