8y ago#2Q1. In the UK it is the Registrar of Companies. Just saying regulatory authority will be fine.
Q2. Same. The law says the company must. It is not a choice.
Anything on the syllabus can be asked. Historically, the regulatory environment has not normally attracted many marks.
