Hi all, im hoping for some guidance.
I am due to sit one of the ACCA remote exams next Wednesday July 8th (exam PM) but am having difficulty with my account. My account with allow me access my student portal but when i try book an exam, access my exam planner, do a mock exam i get an error message of “you are autorised to access this page”. i have very little information from ACCA about how the remote exam will be adminstered but worry it will be through the exam portal which i can no longer seem to access?
Does anyone else have this issue/or have sat a remote exam and can advise how the exam is adminstered?
I have contacted ACCA and they advised it may be an IT issue but i am awaiting a resolution.
Any help would be appreciated! thank you

Or simply change a new computer and do it?
July 3, 2020 at 11:06 am #575816It sounds like a standard temporary access issue. I recommend that you watch the video here https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/computer-based-exams/on-demand-cbes/remote-on-demand-cbe-info.html and note the FAQs to familiarise yourself with the process.
